Flat-price conditions
Have the lawn ready before the appointment
- Grass is under eight inches.
- Pet waste, toys, hoses and movable obstacles are removed.
- Gates are unlocked and the lawn is safely accessible.
- Pets remain indoors or securely separated from the work area.
- The yard is free of heavy brush, debris and extensive weeds.
- Hidden irrigation, wires and fragile edging are disclosed or marked.
When the flat price may not apply
Grass over eight inches, pet waste, heavy weeds, debris, unsafe conditions, locked gates or other obstacles may require a higher price, rescheduling or cancellation at Burbank Lawn Care’s discretion. Any additional charge will be explained before extra work begins.
